We constantly expand our markets and thus require a person dedicated to client excellence to join our dynamic team, consisting of search engine optimizers, IT specialists, designers, and online marketing specialists and content creators.
Tasks
The Account Manager position entails the servicing of existing client accounts and the obtaining of new clients. This entails constant communication with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the service and performance of our team on their behalf, providing advice on new and alternative marketing strategies, facilitating meetings about design and content, and providing consultancy services to the client. Negotiating agreements and pricing also form part of the job. Travelling is required.
