Job Responsibilities

  • Office Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) and Account Manager (AM)
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings for MD and AM and Diary Management
  • Liaise with clients and contacts
  • Handle customer follow ups in sales process
  • Deal with all tasks requested by MD or AM
  • Will be required to perform ad hoc secretarial functions
  • In-office and administrative support in the areas of presentation preparation and customer support
  • Interface with all levels of management and clients
  • Invoices Customers
  • Preparing payments to suppliers
  • Following-up with the progress of the contract
  • Following-up on various queries
  • Reconciliations
  • Administration of contracts from start to finish
