Job Responsibilities
- Office Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) and Account Manager (AM)
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings for MD and AM and Diary Management
- Liaise with clients and contacts
- Handle customer follow ups in sales process
- Deal with all tasks requested by MD or AM
- Will be required to perform ad hoc secretarial functions
- In-office and administrative support in the areas of presentation preparation and customer support
- Interface with all levels of management and clients
- Invoices Customers
- Preparing payments to suppliers
- Following-up with the progress of the contract
- Following-up on various queries
- Reconciliations
- Administration of contracts from start to finish
