The Advanced package is a traffic building solution for small to medium size enterprises with the aim of increasing search engine visibility, page ranking, link popularity, visits and overall performance of the website.

• Initial web page analysis to identify changes required to reach optimal visibility through optimization.


• Optimization of the client site for up to 25 keyword phrases where each page is fully optimized to increase overall performance on the Internet.


• Monthly general site optimization to ensure that the site is growing in link popularity, page rank increase, search engine placement status, and visits.


• Monthly inspection of all the site tags including the meta, alt and title tags and areas identified for changes. Also includes the changes made.


• Checking and updating of the SEO content for relevancy and accuracy.


• Updating on a monthly basis of the sitemap as pages are added to ensure that the robots can crawl the site with ease.


• Adding of up to 10 relevant and high quality incoming links monthly through link exchange requests to increase site visibility, access points, link popularity, and page rank status.


• Adding of 10 new live optimized and keyword enriched content pages, written by a professional copywriter and checked, optimized, and uploaded by the SEO specialist on a monthly basis. The articles consist of 650-750 words each and are aimed to inform, add to the company’s professional image, increase traffic and credibility, as well as sales conversions.


• The client may add an additional 15 information pages that will be optimized by our team and uploaded. The page content should not exceed more than a 1000 words each to ensure readability and fast loading of the site.


• Two website statistics packages are added to the client site – Google analytics and Awstats when hosting with Intoweb. If hosting somewhere else, another package is added. These statistical packages are easy to use and useful to determine marketing efforts performance.


• Monthly key phrase monitoring and improvement. We make use of Wordtracker to conduct keyword relevancy and browser intent research.


• Monthly checking of the page ranking, search engine status and link popularity status.


• Registering of client site with the most popular international and region specific engines according to the client market and location. This includes Google, Yahoo and MSN.


• Report back to the client on a monthly basis regarding the traffic and marketing effort performance and the provision of advice on how to increase the effectiveness of the site on the Internet.


• Competitor analysis on a monthly basis.


• Checking for top ranking in the major engines for the selected keyword phrases.


• The Advanced package is limited to 350 HTML pages with a maximum 1000 words on each page per website.


• Once the 350 HTML pages mark is reached a more advanced maintenance and SEO package will be negotiated to ensure ongoing success.
