The Basic package is an excellent traffic building and maintenance package for small and medium sized businesses and those companies wishing to upgrade from the starter page to the next level. It includes:

  • Meta, alt, and title tag inspection on a monthly basis and changes made as required.

  • Working of internal links checking every month.

  • Updating of the sitemap on a monthly basis according to pages added to the website.

  • Quality control of the search engine optimization content for accuracy and relevancy.

  • Reciprocal link requesting from sites complimentary to the client site and with high page rank status, to ensure more exposure on the Internet for the site, an increase in traffic and link popularity status.

  • Five content pages with informative and keyword enriched articles, written by a professional copywriter, and checked by the SEO specialist. It also includes the uploading and submission of the pages. The articles are client focused with a minimum of 650 words. The content is required to build credibility, increase visibility to the search engines, drive traffic to the site, and ensure return visits.

  • The client may add additional 10 information pages, which will be optimized by our team and uploaded. The word count per page should not exceed 1000 words.

  • Client website statistics package is connected to the site and if the site is hosted with Intoweb, the package will be Awstats. The client has full access to the statistical analysis through a control panel. Google analytics are also added as a control statistics package. The two packages make it possible to monitor marketing efforts, visitor rates, usage and status.

  • Keyword research through the use of Wordtracker on a monthly basis.

  • Monthly checking of website page rank status at the search engines. Also includes link popularity and placement in the search engine results for specified keyword phrases used.

  • Submission of pages and monitoring of the performance monthly. The pages are registered at all the major engines including, Google and Yahoo. This also includes regional specific and country specific engines according to the target market and location of the client company.

  • The Basic package is limited to 175 HTML where a maximum of 1000 word per page is applied per website.

  • Once the limit is reached, a more advanced package will be negotiated to ensure ongoing success of the client site.
